TERMS OF USE
By accessing or using RINSING applications, you agree to be bound by these terms
of use ("Terms of Use"). The Service is owned or controlled by O.ST. INTERNET SERVICES LTD,

7080 Pyla, Larnaca,
Cyprus. These Terms of Use affect your legal
rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of
Use, do not access or use the Service.
BASIC TERMS
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY UPLOADING OF PICTURES OR OTHER DEPICTIONS OF ANYONE UNDER
THE AGE OF 18.
You understand that RINSING prices, rates, or fees may change at any time and are
nonrefundable.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure.
You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate
people or entities and you must not disclose private or confidential information
via the Service, including, without limitation, your or any other person's credit
card information, social security or alternate national identity numbers, non-public
phone numbers or nonpublic email addresses.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to
comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and
provincial) applicable to your use of the Service and your Content (defined below),
including but not limited to, copyright laws.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information,
usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical
works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials (collectively,
"Content") that you submit, transmit, disclose, or display on or via the Service.
You agree that RINSING is not responsible for any content, whether public or private,
that was discovered, obtained, and/or transmitted via any recording device, such
as a microphone, video recorder, or camera, and which otherwise captured information
about private or public communications, including but not limited to, conversations,
interviews, services, performances and phone calls in which you or others participated.
You must not attempt to restrict another user from using or enjoying the Service
and you must not encourage or facilitate violations of these Terms of Use or any
other RINSING terms.
Violation of these Terms of Use may, in RINSING 's sole discretion, result in termination
of your RINSING account.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or your access to the Service
for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms of Use ("Updated
Terms") from time to time.
We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any username for any reason.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor Content or
accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these
Terms of Use.
You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Service,
whether online or offline.
You agree that RINSING is not responsible or liable for the conduct of any user.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that RINSING is in no way responsible or liable
for any such third-party services or features.
RINSING is designed to allow members and/or viewers to post photographs and information
about themselves for public review and comment. Accordingly, by submitting your photograph
and/or any other personal information, you waive any privacy expectations you have
with respect to use of such likeness or personal information. If you do not wish
to have your picture or information about yourself viewed by or disclosed to others,
you shall not use the RINSING.
RINSING is not involved in the actual contact between members.
We reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor interactions between you
and other members and/or viewers of RINSING and to take any other action in good
faith to restrict access to or the availability of any material that the Company
or another members and/or viewers of this Product may consider obscene, lewd, lascivious,
filthy, violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
RINSING is created for non-pornographic-sexual purposes. RINSING can not be used
for the provision of sexual or erotic services by the member or user of RINSING App.
The Product can not be used as an instrument for sexual or erotic proposals.
This Product is intended to serve your entertainment purposes and has no intention
to support immoral interests.
RINSING is for the personal use of individual members and may not be used in connection
with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not
become members of RINSING.
We forbid the creation of screenshots in RINSING App.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content transmitted by you on or
through the Service or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses
set forth in these Terms of Use; (ii) the transmitting and use of your Content on
or through the Service does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights
of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights,
copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights; (iii) you agree
to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed by reason of Content you
transmit on or through the Service; and (iv) you have the legal right and capacity
to enter into these Terms of Use in your jurisdiction.
You agree that RINSING is not responsible for, and does not endorse, Content transmitted
within the Service. RINSING does not have any obligation to prescreen, monitor, edit,
or remove any Content. If your Content violates these Terms of Use, you may bear
legal responsibility for that Content.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; WAIVER
Under no circumstances will the RINSING parties be liable to you any loss or damages
of any kind.
RELEASE OF COMMISSIONS TO WOMEN
Commissions will be accumulated on each Women user account on RINSING. The women
may request RINSING App to release the Commissions received by RINSING App on behalf
of the Seller through the "Claim out" function connected to the women's user account
once the minimal Commission level, defined by RINSING App is reached.
PURCHASING CONTENT AND PARTICIPATING IN INTERACTION
In order to purchase Content or to participate in Interaction, Men need to buy Coins.
For every piece of Content you are accessing or for the time you are participating
in Interaction, we
charge you with a specific amount of Coints. You will always be informed about the
respectiveamount you will be charged with before accessing the Content/participating in Interaction.
Regarding the purchase of Content, you need to make a one-time payment which is non-recurring;
with regard to Interaction, you will be charged for the time you actually participated
in the Interaction.
What does not belong on RINSING:
- Pornographic content and violence
Images which suggest or show nudity, sexual, and/or pornographic acts or violence
are not permitted on RINSING.
- Nudity or sexually suggestive content involving minors
Never send content which contains nudity or sexual acts involving minors — not
even if you yourself are a minor!
- Violation of privacy
Do not display any images of other persons without their consent. Please do not violate
the spatial privacy of others by uploading pictures of their house, bathroom, bedroom
etc.
- Threats
Never issue threats to other users. Intimidation and blackmail have no place on RINSING.
- Harassment, bullying and spam
Refrain from doing anything that intentionally harms or harasses other people. If
someone is not interested, please respect their wishes. RINSING profiles are also
not to be used for commercial purposes; i.e. to draw attention to other websites
or services.
- Fakes
Our aim is to create a transparent app. For this reason, you require a profile picture
on RINSING in which you are clearly recognizable. Please do not upload any images
of other persons, celebrities, or organizations as your profile picture.
Violations of these rules may lead to the deletion of the forbidden content and/or
to your account being suspended. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, the
suspension may be temporary or permanent.
REFUND POLICY
You agree that your all in-app purchases are non-refundable.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All material on RINSING are protected by rights of publicity, copyright, trademarks,
service marks, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights and laws, as may
be applicable. Except as expressly authorized by RINSING, you may not sell, license,
rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform,
publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from such material. Notwithstanding
the foregoing, you may use such material in the course of your normal, personal,
non-commercial use of the Product.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
These Terms contain the entire agreement, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous
understandings, between the partiesregarding their subject matter. Failure or delay
pf the Company in exercising any right, power or privilege under these Terms shall
operate as a waiver thereof. The invalidity or unenforceability of any of these Terms
shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other of these Terms, all
of which shall remain in full force and effect.
